Chuck & Bird’s meal last Friday evening. Had a glass of their Cabernet Sauvignon as well. Not to sound like a snob, but the wine had a wonderful cherry finish that was right up my alley (Napa - Douglass Hill - $4/glass). The pasta was a lemon fettucini with artichoke, arugula, garlic and red pepper flake in a light sauce.
They have assured me that vegan will never be an issue.
